Hi Everyone,
Realising I've been neglecting myself, we've all been there at some point in our life whether it's a job, a relationship etc. Sometimes what we think is good for us isn't. I believe overtime it's easy to lose sight of who we are. Your identity becomes entangled with the roles you have taken on, Overworked Employee, Partner, Confidant, Care Giver, Peace Keeper. Start to explore the person you've always been even under the layers you may have forgotten.
Tomorrow is the day I start running, exercising, sit-ups and hopefully becoming the healthiest I have been in a while. There's always room for improvement don't you think. Don't be afraid to look in the mirror, see your imperfections and work to change that for the better, eventually seeing close to Perfection rather than Imperfections, Exercise and healthy eating works every time, I've done this before and it works!
Gyms! I was once a member of a fabulous gym in Leeds and I loved it, it's a social thing too. They say and I was told by my trainer at the time that your muscles/body never forgets you previously trained.
